Lavacore designed the Lavaskin to bridge the gap between a Rash Guard, and a thick thermal fleece tops. It can be worn by itself, or as a form of layer underneath the wetsuit. Being neutrally buoyant, it also comes in many colours to stay visible underwater, yet provides UPF 50+ protection on land.

Lycra rash guards generally only protects the skin from UV rays, but without any thermal protection. Some divers do not want the bulk of a wetsuit, or a thermal top with fleece, yet want to stay warm for an hour of dive in tropical waters. The Lavaskin is the best solution for them.

The neutrally buoyant material will not bother your current weighting, and the water repellent feature ensures that the Lavaskin will be dry in no time. Durable thumb loops at the tip of the sleeve ensures that the sleeves fit well always, and it makes layering under a wetsuit much easier.
